Mailing Lists
Mailing List Data Collection

GBSF collects data that is voluntarily submitted, for example when registering for a GBSF event or signing up to receive mailings. Personally identifiable information may include Name, Postal Address, Email Address, Phone, and pertinent information used for event registration. GBSF takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

Mailing List Data Use

GBSF uses this data for:

  • Information related to an event for which you have registered

  • Newsletters and publicity related to future GBSF events

  • Interaction with email messages

  • Inquiry / comment responses

 

GBSF does not use this data for purposes that are materially incompatible with the purposes for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individuals.
